This is the perfect option for those who are self-motivated to workout, but just need a little guidance. Also perfect for those who live outside of Los Angeles! Initial meeting is set-up via email, phone, or skype.
Once fitness level and goals are determined, a personalized workout will be sent to you through email. Workouts are updated every 1-2 weeks depending on your goals, and you can contact June at any time if you have questions or concerns that come up.
